Refund policy

Wine, chocolate, coffee and tea are considered grocery items and are not able to be returned. If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Vampire Apparel or merchandise other than food or wine, let us know within 30 days of purchase from our website (retail and Amazon excluded) for a full refund.

For any merchandise or apparel returns other than food or wine, simply send our team an email with your order details and a short description on why you'd like to return the item and we'll have a paid shipping label created for you. Once the return has arrived to our fulfillment center, we'll then submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.
